AppSumo lifetime deal
Your AppSumo plan includes a certain number of Outreach Seats, Workspaces and Members.
Outreach Seats are used to allow a LinkedIn account to run campaigns, and automate outreach actions. Your plan includes a certain number of them, and you can assign them to any account on your workspace. You can still add and use an unlimited number of accounts for non campaign related features like the Unibox and Leads, but running a campaign requires a seat.
The Workspaces limit means that you can only assign your lifetime seats to a limited number of workspaces, where you are the Owner. You can still create unlimited workspaces, but only a set number can have seats assigned to them.
Once you reach your workspace limit, you will only be able to assign seats to your previously selected workspaces.
Don’t worry, you can always reset your seats and workspace and re-assign them from scratch if you change your mind.
Members are other Aimfox users that you can invite to work together on a workspace. As an AppSumo customer, every workspace you assign lifetime seats to has a limit for how many members it can have.
Every workspace must have at least one member - the Owner.
The Owner is always the workspace creator, and that role cannot be changed.
In addition to the owner, there are Admins (can create and manage campaigns) and Members.
AppSumo plan management and Aimfox account
Activating your AppSumo plan automatically upgrades your Aimfox account (that you used to register after activation) to a lifetime AppSumo customer account. This will grant a certain number of awesome perks based on your AppSumo plan tier.
Once activated and registered, your Aimfox account will be forever linked to your AppSumo plan.
Upgrading your AppSumo plan will increase your Seat, Workspace and Member limits, letting you assign more Seats to more Workspaces.
Downgrading your Appsumo plan will lower your Seat, Workspace and Member limits. It will also “Reset” your already assigned lifetime Seats, Workspaces and Members, and you will have to assign them again. This “Reset” will have no impact on your Aimfox data, but it will require you to re-allocate your lifetime seats from scratch in order to resume your Active campaigns.
Refunding your AppSumo plan will remove all benefits from your Aimfox account and downgrade it to a regular account.
Important note for AppSumo customers
Keep in mind that users with access to lifetime seats can also have a regular Aimfox subscription. Lifetime seats and subscriptions are managed separately.
Aimfox is synced in real-time with your AppSumo plan. For any lifetime seat upgrades or downgrades, go to your AppSumo product page, and change your plan there.
