Everything you need to know before you start earning while sharing Aimfox

Introduction

Do you love using Aimfox to supercharge your LinkedIn outreach? Did you know you can earn money while sharing Aimfox with your network and get rewarded for every new user you bring on board? Whether you're a freelancer, business owner, or automation fan, this is your chance to get rewarded for spreading the word.

The Aimfox Affiliate Program allows you to earn commissions by promoting Aimfox through your unique affiliate link.

Create an affiliate account, access your link, and share it with your audience, customers, or network. When someone subscribes to Aimfox through your link, you may earn a commission based on the plan they purchase.

Moving from the Referral Program

The Aimfox Referral Program will be retired on September 14th. All active referrers must register for the new Affiliate Program to continue earning commissions.

Your existing referral data and earnings will be transferred to the new Affiliate Program after you complete the registration process.

How to join the Affiliate Program

  1. Visit affiliates.aimfox.com.

  2. Create your affiliate account.

  3. Complete the required registration information.

  4. Sign in and open the Programs tab.

  5. Access and copy your unique Aimfox affiliate link.

  6. Share the link with your audience, customers, or network.

  7. Track your clicks, conversions, commissions, and payouts from your affiliate account.

If you are moving from the previous Referral Program, please let the Aimfox team know after you have completed your registration.

Commission structure

Your commission rate depends on the customer’s selected plan, billing cycle, and the commission group assigned to your affiliate account.

  • Standard commission: 25%

  • 30% commission group: 30%

  • Agency Plan-monthly: 15%

  • Agency Plan-multi-month: 10%

  • Avatar Plan-monthly: 15%

  • Avatar Plan-multi-month: 10%

  • Sales completed by the Aimfox in-house sales team: 0%

Navigating your affiliate account

After signing in, you’ll find the following tabs in the menu on the left side of your affiliate account.

Dashboard

View a summary of your affiliate performance, including your activity, conversions, and earnings.

Messages

Read important messages, announcements, and program updates from the Aimfox team.
​

Reporting

Access detailed information about your clicks, conversions, commissions, and overall affiliate performance.

Programs

View the Aimfox Affiliate Program, review the available program details, and access your unique affiliate link.

Deeplink Generator

Create a trackable affiliate link that directs visitors to a specific page on the Aimfox website.

To create a deeplink, select the Deeplink Generator, enter the Aimfox page you want to promote, and generate your trackable link.

Downloads

Access available promotional materials and other resources that can help you promote Aimfox.
​

Conversions

View the qualifying customer actions and purchases attributed to your affiliate links.
​

Postbacks

Set up server-to-server notifications that send conversion information to an external tracking platform.

This is an advanced and optional feature. You do not need to configure postbacks to use the Aimfox Affiliate Program.

Sources

Create and manage traffic sources to identify where your clicks and conversions are coming from.

For example, you can use different sources for your website, newsletter, social media, or other promotional channels.

Payouts

Review your earned commissions, payment status, and payout history.
​

Start earning with Aimfox

Once your account is ready, copy your unique affiliate link from the Programs tab and start sharing it with your audience. You can then use the reporting tools in your account to monitor your results and track your earnings.

Affiliate Program Rules & Limitations

To ensure a fair and successful program for everyone, here are a few important rules:

  • No incentive for referrals - New users do not receive additional discounts but do get a 14-day free trial, just like all Aimfox customers. This may change, as we plan to implement two-way referrals in the future.

  • Payout methods - We support PayPal for receiving commissions.

  • Processing times - Payouts are handled once a month.

  • Eligibility for payouts - You must add a payout method in your affiliate dashboard to receive payouts. If you have a pending commission balance, it will wait for you until you add a payment method.

  • Spam & abuse - Unethical referral methods, including spam, will result in disqualification from the program.

Tips to Maximize Your Referrals

Here are a few best practices on how you can make the most of our referral program:

  • Share on LinkedIn - Since Aimfox is a LinkedIn automation tool, your connections on LinkedIn are the perfect audience.

  • Post on other social media - Share your success with Aimfox and include your affiliate link.

  • Leverage email marketing - If you have an email list, introduce Aimfox to your audience and explain the benefits.

Q: Where can I find my affiliate link?

A: Click the Deeplink generator button from the menu to access your affiliate link and set up your payout method.

Q: When will I receive my commission?

A: Payouts are processed daily, with a 2-day processing delay. PayPal transactions take an additional 24-48 hours.

Q: Is there a limit to how much I can earn?

A: No! You can refer as many people as you want.

Q: What happens if my friend forgets to use my affiliate link?

A: Unfortunately, we can only track referrals through the unique link provided in your dashboard.
