The Unibox is a central inbox inside your Aimfox workspace that consolidates all LinkedIn conversations across your connected accounts, giving you a unified, streamlined messaging experience. It is available to all users, both on free and paid plans.
How does the Unibox work?
The Unibox lets you manage LinkedIn outreach by displaying all your conversations in one place, without the need to switch between multiple tabs and accounts.
It has full integration with Aimfox' LeadsCRM, a filterable database of all your LinkedIn contacts, across connected accounts. You can seamlessly use many of LeadsCRM's features directly in the Unibox.
Filtering Conversations
The Unibox comes equipped with powerful filtering options. You can filter conversations by:
LinkedIn account - Only view messages from specific accounts
Campaign source - Only show conversations started through a specific Aimfox campaign
Lead labels - Filter leads based on labels you’ve assigned
These filters are especially useful when managing multiple profiles or targeting different audiences through campaigns 🎯.
Notes and Labels
When you're chatting with a lead, you can easily:
Leave internal notes on their lead page
Add or remove labels
These features make collaboration easier and help you keep track of valuable insights or actionable next steps 💬.
Privacy and Workspace roles
For teams working with multiple LinkedIn accounts, the Unibox includes privacy controls which are tied to workspace roles.
Restricted roles:
When you invite a member to your workspace you get to set Permission level for each page across the Dashboard.
Users with full access to Inbox can view and respond to all conversations on the workspace.
Users with limited access can only see conversations initiated through Aimfox campaigns. They cannot access:
Private conversations from the connected LinkedIn account.
Older conversations not linked to a campaign
This ensures that SDR teams can connect their accounts without sharing unrelated or personal messages 🔒.
Users with no access do not have access to the page.
Inbox Features
You can now include Voice Notes and Attachments into your messages along with emojis and AI variables like first name, last name, occupation, and location.
