Branded Agency Logins and Reporting allows you to set up your own brand identity , including Logo and Color, and easily log in customers through a secure login page, as well as generate branded reports in PDF or CSV format. 📊
You can configure your branding elements under Workspace Settings > Branding.
Brand Settings
Here you can configure your branding elements, which will show up in your branded login page and reports.
Brand Name: The name of your brand - this will show up in the title of the login portal and activity report.
Logo: Your logo. There are no hard limitations on image size, but square logos tend to fit the dashboard design the best, so we advise using a 1:1 height to width ratio.
Color: Your brand color - this dictates the main action colors like login buttons.
Extension login - this is a login only setting, which lets you decide whether you want to allow your login portal to support logins via the Aimfox Chrome extension. If set to OFF, the login portal will only allow email+password logins.
Custom extension URL - in addition to email+password login and the Aimfox Chrome extension, this feature lets you use your own custom extension URL in your login portal.
Branded Logins
The branded login portal can securely add LinkedIn accounts to your workspace. It can be customized with your workspace name, logo and color, and is only accessible via a unique, shareable link.
This allows you to share this link with others to let them connect their LinkedIn accounts to your workspace, without ever mentioning Aimfox. The feature is designed with marketing agencies and freelancers in mind.
You can access the login portal directly in your Branded Settings. The login URL is always hosted on the https://lnconnect.me domain.
Sharing the link is secure, and only allows others to add accounts to your workspace, they cannot add seats or impact your billing or Aimfox usage in any other way.
In case one of your added LinkedIn accounts gets disconnected, you can access a branded reconnect link for that profile in your Accounts section.
Branded Reports
You can generate a report containing your workspace interaction and campaign data by clicking the "Export report" button from your Home Page.
You must specify a timeframe and which LinkedIn accounts the report will include. Aimfox currently supports 3 report types:
Web Page (PDF) - This report will show your campaign and interaction data in a web page format, which you can then save as a PDF using your browser's print function. You can also share the link directly with others. The report shows the same logo, color and name configured in your Workspace brand settings.
Interactions (CSV) - A CSV file containing a detailed summary of your interactions.
Campaigns (CSV) - A CSV file containing a detailed breakdown of your campaigns.
