What is a Lead?
A Lead in Aimfox is any LinkedIn profile that:
Is a 1st level LinkedIn connection, or
You have an active conversation with
LeadsCRM automatically collects and aggregates this data from all LinkedIn accounts added to your workspace. So if you're a team with 10 LinkedIn accounts, LeadsCRM will show a unified list of all 1st connections and ongoing conversations from all added accounts.
Filter your leads
LeadsCRM offers powerful filtering options to help you narrow down your lead list, making it easier to plan outreach, build campaign segments, or prepare data exports.
LeadsCRM includes both Aimfox-only filters like Labels, Notes, or who the Lead is connected with, as well as default LinkedIn filters such as location or current company.

Lead management and organization
Easily organize your LinkedIn lead database and outreach workflow with LeadsCRM management tools. For each lead, you can:
Add Notes to store key context or follow-up reminders
Apply Labels to categorize leads based on status, priority, or tags
Mark as Favorite to pin important leads for quick access. This is entirely separate from LinkedIn's star feature, letting you favorite leads for your entire workspace, instead of just one account like on LinkedIn.
You can access management features by clicking any Lead to open our quick view. Quick view is available across the dashboard, and not just in Leads. For example, opening it in the Unibox lets you access Leads data and manage your labels and notes on while chatting with your prospects.

Lead detailed view
Clicking "See full profile" from the quick view opens up the Leads' full page, also known as a detailed view. This page acts as a complete mirror of the lead's LinkedIn page, including:

Contact information
And of course, it holds all other information already available in the Lead quick view such as notes and labels.
