What Is Make.com?

Make.com is a powerful automation platform that lets you connect and automate thousands of apps - from CRMs and email tools to spreadsheets and databases. You can create “scenarios” that watch for triggers and perform actions across different services.

This advanced action gives you full access to the Aimfox API from within Make. You can call any endpoint, pass custom parameters, and build highly tailored workflows. Ideal for power users and developers.

Getting Started

1. Create a Make Account

Sign up at www.make.com and log in to your dashboard.

2. Search for Aimfox

Go to the Scenarios section, click + Create a new scenario, then search for Aimfox in the app list.

🔐 You’ll be prompted to authenticate your Aimfox account using your API key or OAuth (depending on your user tier). Instructions will appear during setup.

3. Build Your Scenario

Add modules like:

  • “Watch New Leads” to trigger when Aimfox detects a new lead

  • “Add Note to Lead” to update your CRM records

  • “Add Lead to Campaign” if a certain condition is met in another tool (e.g., HubSpot or Airtable)

Use filters, routers, and delays to customize your logic.

4. Test & Schedule

Once you're happy with your setup, test your scenario. Then turn it on to run automatically on your chosen schedule.
