Aimfox now integrates with Instantly List Campaigns, allowing you to seamlessly import leads from Instantly and build LinkedIn outreach campaigns in just a few clicks. With automated triggers, you can send leads directly from Instantly into Aimfox, enabling scalable, coordinated outreach across email and LinkedIn - all from one workflow.

Step 1: Select the campaign type and settings 🤖

Navigate to the Campaigns page and click Create Campaign to open the campaign builder.

  • Select Outbound Instantly List Campaign if you want to send connection requests or InMails to your targets on LinkedIn.

  • Choose Inbound Instantly List Campaign to send Direct Messages to your imported targets.

Configure Settings:

After you've selected the campaign type you want, you will need to configure up the main settings for this campaigns. Like with other campaign types, you need to configure your Primary action, and which account or accounts will run the campaign.

Campaign settings breakdown:

  • 👥 LinkedIn Accounts: You can now choose to run your campaign with a single account, multiple accounts, or even all accounts within your workspace.

  • 🔗 Outreach type: Decide if you want to send a Connection Request to your targets (recommended). Or create an InMail Only campaign, which will not engage all of your targets, only those with open profiles.

Once you are satisfied, click "Create campaign" to create a draft version of your campaign and move to the next step.

Step 2: Select Your Audience 📋

When creating an Instantly List Campaign in Aimfox, you can easily pull in a pre-made list of leads directly from your Instantly account.

Instead of uploading a CSV, simply choose one of your existing Instantly Lists as the campaign audience. All leads in that list will be automatically synced into Aimfox, ready to be used in your LinkedIn outreach.

You can always switch to a different list by clicking the Change list button in the upper-right corner. Once you're happy with your selection, click Next to continue to the next step.

Important notes: 👀

  • Instantly list campaigns are limited to 10.000 targets. Targets over 10.000 will not be included in the campaign.

  • Profiles that haven't yet become leads can only be targeted once per workspace or account to prevent spam and ensure respectful outreach.

  • Leads can be retargeted multiple times, but you’ll need to delete the previous campaign first before reusing them in a new one.

Step 3: Audience preview

On this screen you can filter out your target accounts even further. By using our Advance audience filtering and selection features you can rest assured that your campaign will have a high success rate.

Advanced Audience Filtering:

You can use these filters to remove targets from your campaigns and refine your audience even further.

Supported filters include:

  1. Language

  2. Current company

  3. Past company

  4. Education

  5. Location

  6. Premium LinkedIn member status

By selecting your targets in this step, you can either Remove them from the campaign, or Export their data in a .CSV format.

Step 4: Set your campaign Flow 💬

Your campaign Flow decides what types of actions Aimfox will perform in this campaign. Aimfox allows you to personalise your aproach: react to the targets post, endorse a skill, setup message sequences, split test your flow, send InMails and Connection notes.

Split test your flow

If you're unsure which approach would work best for your audience, Aimfox allows you to create two separate Flows and test which one of them would work better.

Free InMails

You can optimize your campaign by using Free InMails. These InMails can be sent free of charge to Premium LinkedIn users with open profiles. This lets you save your weekly connection or message requests by replacing some of them with InMails.

Step 5: Campaign scheduling

In this campaign setup phase, users can specify the days and times when their campaign will be active. Moreover, users can send messages within a designated timezone or schedule them to be sent within the specified timeframe in the recipient's timezone by selecting the “Target’s Timezone” option.

Step 6: Finalize your campaign

Once you've completed all the steps and configured everything, you'll be presented with a preview screen where you can review all the details of the campaign you've created before launching it.

When you're satisfied with everything, simply start the campaign, and you'll be all set to go!
