Getting Started
Connect your Aimfox workspace to Pipedrive
Connecting your Aimfox workspace to Pipedrive enables real-time lead syncing. Note that this does not automatically start syncing leads to Pipedrive - please follow the setup instructions to enable automatic syncing.
Navigate to the Integrations tab in the settings of the workspace you wish to connect.
Find the Pipedrive integration and click on it:
Select the Pipedrive company and user you wish to add the app to:
Click "Allow and Install", and if everything goes smoothly, you’ll be redirected to the Aimfox dashboard
How to sync leads in real-time
Go to the Integrations tab in the settings of the workspace you want to enable syncing for.
Click the cog icon in the top-right corner of the Pipedrive integration card.
A modal with integration settings will appear.
Use the toggle to enable or disable automatic syncing.
In the dropdown below the toggle, choose whether you want to sync only leads acquired through Aimfox or all leads.
Click Save to apply your settings.
How to export leads in bulk
Go to the Leads tab in your Aimfox dashboard.
Apply the desired filters and select the leads you want to export.
If a Pipedrive connection exists, the integration will appear in the “Export Leads” dropdown located beneath the Workspace selector.
Choose “Export to Pipedrive” from the dropdown.
The export may take some time depending on the number of leads—please avoid closing or refreshing the page during the process.
How to remove the integration
1. Go to the Integrations tab in the settings of the workspace where you want to remove the integration.
2. Click the cog icon in the top-right corner of the Pipedrive integration card.
3. A modal with integration settings will appear.
4. Click the "Delete Pipedrive" button.
5. A confirmation modal will appear.
6. Confirm the deletion - and you're all set!
