How to set up your multi-channel outreach pipeline

Overview

The Aimfox × Smartlead integration enables seamless multi-channel outreach by combining LinkedIn automation with email campaigns.

With this two-way sync, you can:

  • Connect Aimfox with Smartlead to: Send Smartlead leads directly into Aimfox campaigns using automated triggers.

  • Connect Smartlead with Aimfox to: Create Aimfox campaigns from your Smartlead Campaigns in just a few clicks.

The integration has a lot of functionality both in your Aimfox workspace, and your Smartlead account. That is why this guide will be divided into two sections:

  1. Connecting Aimfox with Smartlead, and

  2. Connecting Smartlead with Aimfox

While that sounds like a lot, the entire process takes about 5 minutes, and a couple of clicks.

Part 1: Integrating Aimfox with Smartlead

This part of the integration lets you create Aimfox campaigns from your Smartlead Lists - enabling you to follow up with your leads and get more value from your Smartlead data.

How to connect your Aimfox workspace with Smartlead

Linking your Aimfox workspace with your Smartlead account enables you to get your Campaign data directly in Aimfox.

  1. Navigate to the Integrations tab located in the main navigation.

  2. Find the Smartlead integration section and click on the Connect button.

  3. Paste your Smartlead API key

    1. You can create this key in your Smartlead Settings & Profile > API Key Managment

  4. Click Connect.

  5. And you're done! 🎉

Once your Aimfox and Smartlead workspaces are connected, you can create Smartlead campaigns in the Campaigns page.

Only one Smartlead account can be linked to your Aimfox workspace at a time.

To link a different Smartlead account, you must first disconnect the currently connected account. You can disconnect your workspaces by clicking the settings option for your integration.

How to set up a Smartlead List campaign

  1. Go to your Campaigns page.

  2. Click the Create campaign button.

  3. Choose the CRM campaign type.

  4. Select Smartlead in the type dropdown and the source for importing leads.

  5. Set up your campaign settings including the running account, InMail Optimization, etc.

  6. Aimfox will automatically parse the Smartlead list and get all targets with valid LinkedIn URLs.

  7. Follow the rest of the campaign flow and you're done.
