Managing Agency Clients

Understanding and managing your white label end users

Written by Bozidar Nikolic

Agency clients are a dedicated user tier for the end-users of agencies on the Aimfox Agency Plan with the white label feature enabled.

The role gives end-clients direct access to the Aimfox dashboard without exposing Aimfox branding or agency-level configuration, and it exists exclusively in the white label dashboard.

What are agency clients?

Agency clients are end users of an agency's white labeled Aimfox environment. They log in through the agency's branded login page and use the platform under the agency's branding, without knowing that Aimfox exists behind the scenes. They have the same day-to-day access as regular Aimfox customers, but are restricted from billing, integrations, and other administrative functionality.

How agency clients fit into the Agency Plan

The split is simple: the Agency Plan owner controls the infrastructure (seats and workspaces, billing and subscriptions, API and integrations, and white-label configuration), while agency clients work inside a single assigned workspace on day-to-day outreach execution.

The role is only available on the Aimfox Agency Plan and is managed from the Clients page in Settings.

What agency clients can access

Agency clients can have full access to everything needed to run LinkedIn outreach from start to finish, so they can operate independently in their assigned workspace. Agency owners manage their permission levels exactly as they would any other workspace member: set them when inviting a client, and edit them at any time. Based on those permission levels, agency clients can access:

  • Campaigns and Blacklist

  • Leads

  • Inbox

  • Accounts

  • Templates

What agency clients cannot access

To protect agency infrastructure and prevent unauthorized changes, agency clients are restricted from all agency-level features:

  • Billing and subscriptions

  • Agency Plan management

  • API and Webhooks

  • Integrations

  • White-label configuration

  • Managing or viewing other agency clients

Important rules and limitations

Agency clients operate under a small set of fixed rules designed to keep access predictable and secure:

  • Agency clients are not Aimfox users and do not exist in the Aimfox system. Because of this, if they ever visit aimfox.com they're treated as new visitors, including eligibility for trials and other offers.

  • Agencies retain full control over the workspace through their Aimfox dashboard. Agency owners or Admins can set up integrations and similar configuration for the workspace, and those will apply to clients as well.

Managing agency clients

Agency clients are managed from the Clients page, available to Agency Plan customers at Dashboard → Settings → Clients.

Adding clients

You can add clients in two ways:

  • Manually, by clicking Add client in the dashboard. You'll enter the client's first name, last name, and email, and choose whether to send them an invite email immediately. Agency clients log in to the white label dashboard via a magic link, and by default that magic link is emailed to the client as soon as they're added; turning off the toggle adds the client without sending it. After this, you set the client's permissions.

  • Via API, for automated or large-scale onboarding, using the create client route: https://docs.aimfox.com/#/white-label/create-client

The same permissions and limitations apply regardless of how a client is added.

Managing clients

Once a client is added, Agency owners can update their permissions, or Remove them from the workspace at any time.

A removed client immediately loses access to the workspace.
