Agency clients are a dedicated user tier intended for end-users of agencies using the Aimfox Agency Plan together with the White Label feature.
This role allows agencies to give end-clients direct access to the Aimfox dashboard without exposing Aimfox branding or agency-level configuration. It is a role that exists exclusively in the white label dashboard.
This article explains what agency clients are, what they can and cannot access, and how you can manage them within the Agency Plan.
What are agency clients?
Agency clients are end users of an agency’s white labeled Aimfox environment.
They log in through the agency’s branded login page and use the platform under the agency’s branding, without knowing that Aimfox exists behind the scenes.
Agency clients can add accounts, manage campaigns, leads and have the same outreach experience and features as regular Aimfox customers, but are restricted from billing, integrations and other administrative functionality.
How agency clients fit into the Agency Plan
The Agency Client role is available to customers on the Aimfox Agency Plan, and it can be managed through the "Clients" page in the Settings.
The Agency Plan gives agencies control over:
Seats and workspaces
Billing and subscriptions
API, Webhooks, and Integrations
White-label configuration
Agency clients, on the other hand, are scoped strictly to day-to-day outreach execution inside a single workspace.
This separation ensures agencies can scale safely while giving clients a powerful, self-serve experience.
Agency client permissions
Agency clients have full access to all features required to manage LinkedIn outreach from start to finish. This allows them to operate independently inside the workspace assigned to them.
They have access to:
Campaigns: Full access to create, edit, and manage campaigns
Leads: Full access to lead management
Labels: Full access to create and manage labels
Inbox: Full access to messages and conversations
Accounts: Full access to LinkedIn accounts assigned to the workspace
Proxies: Full access to proxy management
Workspace settings: Agency clients can only access the Blacklist and Labels pages, all other workspace settings are restricted.
Profile settings: Agency clients can view their profile information but cannot make changes. For that, they will need an agency owner.
What agency clients cannot access
To protect agency infrastructure and prevent accidental changes, agency clients are restricted from all agency-level features. This includes:
Billing and subscriptions
Agency Plan management
API and Webhooks
Integrations
White-label configuration
Managing or viewing other agency clients
Agency clients can never manage other agency clients.
Important rules and limitations
Agency clients operate under a small set of fixed rules designed to keep access predictable and secure.
Agency client permissions are fixed and cannot be customized
An agency client can only be assigned to one workspace at a time
Agency clients do not exist as Aimfox users
Agencies retain full control over the workspace through their Aimfox dashboard
Agency owners or Admins can still set up integrations etc for the workspace, and those integrations will be effective for clients as well.
Managing agency clients
Agency clients are managed from the Clients page, which is available to Agency Plan customers.
You can access it here: Dashboard → Settings → Clients
Agency clients can be added in two ways:
Manually, by clicking Add client in the dashboard
Via API, for automated or large-scale onboarding
Regardless of how a client is added, the same permissions and limitations always apply.
Some unique characteristic of agency clients:
They access the platform via the agency’s white-label domain
They are not Aimfox users
They do not exist as users in the Aimfox system
They are treated as new visitors if they ever visit aimfox.com, including eligibility for trials and other offers
