Auto-accept connection requests

How to set your accounts to automatically accept inbound connection requests

Written by Bozidar Nikolic

Auto-Accept Connections is an account-level setting that automatically accepts all incoming LinkedIn connection requests on the selected account.

It works independently of your campaigns - every incoming connection request on the account is accepted, no matter where it came from.

Requirements

The account must have an active Outreach seat assigned to it. If the seat is later unassigned, Auto-Accept Connections silently stops working.

How to enable or disable it

  1. Go to the Accounts page in your dashboard.

  2. Select the account you want to manage.

  3. In the account drawer that opens, toggle Auto-Accept Connections on or off.

The setting applies only to the account you selected. It is off by default.

Good to know

  • Timing: Requests are accepted as soon as we detect them, consistently throughout the day.

  • Existing requests: Auto-Accept also works retroactively - it accepts connection requests that were already pending when you turned it on, not just new ones.

  • LinkedIn limits: Accepting connection requests carries no heavy restrictions, so this stays well within LinkedIn's limits.

  • Permissions: Only users with full Accounts permissions can change this setting. Users with limited permissions can see it but can't toggle it.
