Cancellations, Reactivations, Invoices, and more

Managing your Aimfox subscription can be done directly through your dashboard, under Workspace Settings > Subscription.

While all Aimfox users get unlimited access to LinkedIn CRM and all included features, LinkedIn Outreach requires a paid subscription to access. LinkedIn outreach subscriptions have a variable cost, and are charged per number of Outreach seats included in your subscription.

The Subscription tab holds all relevant information and options regarding your billing and subscription, including:

  • Your subscription status

  • Next billing date

  • Billing amount

  • Currently added Billing Method

  • The option to Upgrade, Downgrade, or Cancel your subscription

Subscription status

Subscriptions can be In Trial, Active, or Cancelled.

Trial subscriptions automatically renew and become Active at the end of your trial period, which is your next billing date. If your activation charge is not successful, your subscription will downgrade to the free version of Aimfox, and your campaigns will stop.

Active Subscriptions renew automatically, but can be cancelled at any time. Cancelling a subscription switches it to a non-renewing, which lets you keep all of the benefits until your next billing date, at which point your subscription will cancel.

Cancelled subscriptions are inactive, and can be reactivated at any time. Reactivating a subscription will require adding a valid billing method.

Managing your subscription

You can change your LinkedIn Outreach subscription at any time, in your Workspace Settings > Overview.

This includes Upgrading, Downgrading, Cancelling or Reactivating your subscription.

  • Change the number of seats by clicking Manage Subscription

    • Adding more seats immediately upgrades your subscription

    • Removing seats is a scheduled action, and takes effect on your next billing date

  • If you downgrade your subscription to 0 seats, it will downgrade to the free version of Aimfox on your next billing date

  • If you are on the free plan, you can purchase more seats at any time

Managing Invoices

Your invoices can be found right next door in the Invoices tab. There, you can check your invoice status, amount and also download your invoices in .pdf format.
