Managing Your Subscription

Cancellations, Reactivations, Invoices, and more

Written by Bozidar Nikolic

Managing your Aimfox subscription can be done directly through your dashboard, under Workspace Settings > Billing.

While all Aimfox users get a 14 days free trial with unlimited access to the platform and all included features, after the trial period passes, Outreach requires a paid subscription to access.

Outreach subscriptions have a variable cost, and are charged per number of Outreach seats included in your subscription. In addition to the Outreach seat now you may choose to scale your business with an Outreach Avatar as well.

To manage a subscription, first open the Workspace Switcher in the left-hand navigation bar and select Workspace Settings. From there, navigate to the billing page for the subscription you want to manage:

  • Outreach Billing

  • Avatar Billing

  • Agency Plan

Each billing page contains all the information and options related to that specific subscription, including:

  • Current subscription status

  • Active plan and billing cycle

  • Number of seats or avatars (depending on the plan)

  • Next billing date

  • Subscription price and billing amount

  • Current payment method

  • The option to update your payment method

  • The option to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription

Subscription Status

Subscriptions can be in Trial, Active, Inactive, Scheduled change or Scheduled for cancelation.

Trial subscriptions - Your subscription is in a trial period and hasn't been billed yet. If you add a payment method before the trial expires, the subscription renews automatically and becomes Active, with your billing cycle starting on the day the trial ends.

If no payment method is added, the subscription is canceled when the trial expires; you can reactivate it any time by choosing a plan and adding a payment method.

Active Subscriptions renew automatically, but can be cancelled at any time. Cancelling a subscription switches it to a scheduled cancelation, which lets you keep all of the benefits until your next billing date, at which point your subscription will cancel.

Once you cancel a subscription it can be reactivated at any time. Reactivating a subscription will require adding a valid billing method.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription at any time by opening the Workspace Switcher in the left-hand navigation bar, selecting Workspace Settings, and navigating to the appropriate billing page:

  • Outreach Billing

  • Avatar Billing

  • Agency Plan

From the corresponding billing page, you can:

  • Upgrade your subscription

  • Downgrade your subscription

  • Cancel your subscription

  • Reactivate a previously canceled subscription

  • Update your payment method

  • View your billing details, including your current plan, billing cycle, and next billing date

To modify the number of Outreach Seats or Avatars included in your subscription, click Manage Subscription.

  • Adding seats or avatars takes effect immediately and upgrades your subscription.

  • Removing seats is a scheduled change and will take effect on your next billing date.

  • Removing avatars is a scheduled change and will take effect on your next billing date.

If you wish to cancel your Outreach or Avatar subscription, click the arrow icon next to the Manage Subscription button and select Cancel Subscription.

During the cancellation process of the Outreach plan, you'll have an opportunity to share your feedback with us. We greatly appreciate your input, as it helps us improve the platform and continue building features that better support your goals.

Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will not renew automatically.

Managing Invoices

Your invoices can be found right next door in the Invoices tab of each plan. There, you can check your invoice status, amount and also download your invoices in .pdf format.
