Managing your Aimfox subscriptions can be done directly through your dashboard. While all users get unlimited access to LinkedIn CRM and all included features, LinkedIn Outreach requires a paid subscription or trial to access.
You need to have a separate subcription for every LinkedIn account you want to add to Aimfox.
You can manage the Subscription for your currently selected LinkedIn account under Workspace Settings > Subscription.
The Subscription tab holds all relevant information about your billing and subscription details, including:
Your subscription status
Next billing date
Billing amount
Currently added Billing Method
Subscription status
Subscriptions can be In Trial, Active, or Cancelled.
In Trial subscriptions will automatically become Active at the end of your trial period. If you have not added a billing method, or if we are not able to collect payment for activation, your subscription will become cancelled. At that point, your account will be downgraded to the free version of Aimfox, and all of your campaigns will stop.
Active Subscriptions renew automatically, but can be cancelled at any time. Cancelling a subscription switches it to Non Renewing, which lets you keep all of the benefits until your next billing date, at which point your subscription will cancel.
Cancelled subscriptions are inactive, and can be reactivated at any time. Reactivating a subscription will require adding a valid billing method.
Managing your subscription
You can change your LinkedIn Outreach subscription at any time, in the LinkedIn Outreach section of your Subscriptions tab.
This includes Cancelling, Reactivating, or Removing Scheduled cancellations.
Cancelling a subscription switches it to "Non Renewing" mode. This keeps it as active until your next billing date, at which point your subscription will cancel.
A Non Renewing subscription can be switched back to Active at any time.
Subscription reactivations are effective immediately, and require adding a valid payment method.
Managing Invoices
Your invoices can be found right next door, in the Billing History tab. There you can also check your invoice status, amount, and download your invoices in .pdf format.
