How to invite, set permissions or remove users for your workspace

You can invite an unlimited number of teammates to work together in Aimfox.

To invite a new teammate, navigate to your Workspace Settings > Members section, and click “Add member”.

You will be asked to set their role, which also dictates what permissions they will have in your workspace.


The newly added teammate will get an email invite to join you. If they are a new user, and do not have an Aimfox account, they will be asked to create one before being able to accept. Already registered users will be able to immediately accept.

Invited users can see all of their pending invitations in the workspace selector. Clicking any of the pending invitations will give the user the option to accept or decline the invitation.

After they have accepted the invitation, they will be able to freely switch between Aimfox workspaces in the workspace selector.

Important: Inviting a teammate only affects your currently selected workspace. If you have multiple subscriptions / workspaces, you will have to individually invite your teammates to each workspace.

Roles and Permissions:

Aimfox supports the following roles:

  • Owner

  • Admin

  • Member

Each role has different permissions, to ensure that everyone has appropriate access to the workspace.

Owner:

Owners have absolute access to the workspace, and are the only ones who can manage the billing and subscription settings.

Admin:

Admins cannot manage the subscription or billing billing information, but otherwise have all the permissions an Owner has. Admins can invite other users as Members or Admins, and change user Permissions from Admin to Member and vice versa.

Member:

Members cannot manage the workspace in any way, and they cannot create or edit Campaigns. However, members can freely view Campaigns, use the Inbox, Leads and Templates. Members cannot invite other users or change users' permissions.

Deleting a teammate

You can delete a teammate by clicking the 3 dots next to their name in the Workspace Settings > Members page.

A deleted teammate will be immediately removed from the workspace. When they next log in, they will be logged out of that account and will no longer be able to access it.

You can re-invite a deleted teammate at any time.
