You can invite an unlimited number of teammates to work together in Aimfox.
To invite a new teammate, navigate to your Workspace Settings > Members section, and click “Invite teammate”.
You will be asked to enter their email address:
And then, set their permission level:
The newly added teammate will get an email invite to join you. If they are a new user, and do not have an Aimfox account, they will be asked to create one before being able to accept. Already registered users will be able to immediately accept. If a teammate encounters issues accepting their invitation, ensure they are using the same email address the invite was sent to and that they have created an Aimfox account using this email.
Invited users can see all of their pending invitations in the workspace selector. Clicking any of the pending invitations will give the user the option to accept or decline the invitation.
After they have accepted the invitation, they will be able to freely switch between Aimfox workspaces in the workspace selector.
Important: Inviting a teammate only affects your currently selected workspace. If you have multiple subscriptions / workspaces, you will have to individually invite your teammates to each workspace.
Roles and Permissions:
Aimfox supports a variety of user roles, with flexible permission levels for every use-case. You can set permissions for new teammates when inviting them, and change them at any time. Permissions directly impact a user's ability to access the workspace; insufficient permissions might result in access issues like billing prompts.
You can learn more about managing roles and permissions in the Changing User Permissions article.
Troubleshooting Access Issues
Billing Prompt Issue
If an invited member encounters a billing prompt when trying to access the workspace, it generally indicates insufficient access permissions. To resolve this, adjust their role or permissions via the Workspace Settings > Members section. Changes take effect immediately, so no need to resend invitations.
Free Trial Prompt Issue
If a team member is prompted to start a free trial instead of accessing the workspace, verify that they are logging in with the same email address used for the invitation. If they have not registered an Aimfox account, they need to create one using the invitation email. Invitees do not need to activate a free trial or pay to join.
Deleting a teammate
You can delete a teammate by clicking the 3 dots next to their name in the Workspace Settings > Members page.
A deleted teammate will be immediately removed from the workspace. When they next log in, they will be logged out of that account and will no longer be able to access it.
You can re-invite a deleted teammate at any time.
You cannot delete your own Aimfox account or data. To do this, please contact our team over the Live Chat.
