On your Aimfox dashboard, click the 'Workspace Settings' button in the left-hand navigation menu.
Once in Workspace Settings, you'll find essential information related to your subscription, billing history, members, and blacklist.
To update your payment method, stay on the first tab where you can view details about your current plan, next billing date, billing amount, and the payment method in use.
To change your payment method, click the 'Edit' button next to your currently added method. If you have not yet added a payment method, you will have the option to add it.
This action will direct you to a new window.
In this window, You can preview a list of all your currently added payment methods. To add a new payment method, click on + Add Payment Method. Then, choose whether you prefer a card or PayPal.
Adding a card is done directly in the app, while adding your PayPal information directs you to PayPal’s secure checkout page.
Primary Payment Methods
Your newly added payment method will automatically become the primary payment method for your account, and all future subscriptions will default to it.
If you wish to revert to your old payment method, select it and click 'Done'.
Deleting Payment Methods
For security reasons you cannot delete a payment method directly in the dashboard. If you need help deleting a previously added payment method, please contact our Customer Support team, who will happily assist you.
