This article will outline the most important features of your workspace and how it interacts with your Aimfox account, LinkedIn accounts, subscription and more.
Your Aimfox workspace is the place where you and your teammates manage your connected LinkedIn accounts, Campaigns, Leads, and Unibox conversations.
To use Aimfox, you must have access to at least one workspace. If you do not have access to a workspace, you will be asked to create one after registering.
Aimfox account and Workspaces
You can create an unlimited number of workspaces, and seamlessly switch between them at any time. Every workspace is treated as a separate environment, and changes made to one workspace will not affect any others. You can be a member of multiple workspaces at the same time, with different roles in each one.
Each workspace has a separate subscription, members, and LinkedIn accounts.
If you create a workspace, you will be that workspaces Owner. There can be only one owner per workspace, and that role cannot be transferred to other workspace members.
Switching and managing workspaces
Change your workspaces by clicking on the workspace selector, located the top right corner of your dashboard. To get a preview of all your workspaces, click the "All workspaces" button in the workspace selector.
The "All workspaces" screen shows every workspace you are a part of, your role on each workspace, as well as the number of members and other stats. Here you can also accept or decline invitations to other workspaces.
LinkedIn accounts
You can add unlimited LinkedIn accounts to your workspace. When adding a LinkedIn account, the Aimfox app automatically syncs all of its conversations and connections so they can be accessed from the dashboard.
Adding a LinkedIn account
To add an account from a workspace, click on "Add Account" in the dashboard "Accounts" tab. You will be asked to securely log in the account and connect it to AImfox. Once your account is connected, it will be available in Campaigns, Leads, and Unibox for all workspace members.
Removing a LinkedIn account
To remove an account from a workspace, go to the "Accounts" tab and select "Delete Account" from the dropdown menu next to the account.
Removing a LinkedIn account from the workspace will also delete all campaigns associated with that account.
Campaigns
Your workspace can have an unlimited number of campaigns, and every campaign can run only on one LinkedIn account.
To start or resume a campaign, the LinkedIn account running the campaign must have an Outreach seat. If that account does not have an Outreach seat, the campaign will stop.
Campaigns cannot be reassigned from one account to the other, and if you delete the account that is running the campaign, the campaign itself will also be deleted.
Leads
The Leads page aggregates all of your LinkedIn connections, and accounts you can have a conversation with, in one place. It pulls this data directly from LinkedIn in real time, from all of your LinkedIn accounts on the workspace.
Adding a LinkedIn account will automatically add all of their leads to the Leads page.
If you delete a LinkedIn account from your workspace, their leads will also be removed from the Leads page.
Unified inbox
The unified inbox shows all of your LinkedIn conversations, from all connected accounts, in one place. Filter conversations by account to easily access all communication from a single LinkedIn profile. You can also label your conversations and leave notes, which will be reflected in their entry on the Leads page.
Templates
Templates are tied to your workspace and are available for use in all campaigns, no matter what LinkedIn account they are created from.
Workspace settings
These are the main billing and organizational settings for this workspace. Only the Owner and Admins can make changes on these pages.
Overview / Subscription settings
This tab shows your current Aimfox plan. Free users can start their LinkedIn Outreach trial here, and users already on the LinkedIn Outreach plan can manage their number of seats and plan.
Your subscription does not in any way limit the number of accounts you can add to Aimfox, only the number of Outreach seats which can be assigned to connected accounts to run campaigns.
Members
You can invite an unlimited number of team members to work together in Aimfox.
Your role does not have to be the same across all workspaces.
It's possible to be a Member in one workspace, and an Owner in another one. User roles and permissions do not transfer between workspaces, even if the same users are invited to each one.

Blacklist
The blacklist is effective for your entire workspace. Once blacklisted, an account will not be enrolled in any of your campaigns on this workspace, even if they match the campaign's selected targeting filters.
