Aimfox Agency Plan

The Aimfox Agency Plan allows marketing agencies, outreach experts, and multi-client teams to manage a large number of LinkedIn accounts across multiple workspaces with one straightforward subscription.

This article explains what the Agency Plan includes, how pricing works, how it interacts with other Aimfox plans, and how to effectively manage seats and subscriptions.

Agency Plan subscription

The Agency Plan gives you a pool of Outreach Seats which can be assigned to any workspace you own. Instead of managing separate Outreach Seat subscriptions per workspace, you control all seats from one centralized plan.

This setup is especially useful if you frequently onboard or offboard clients, need to move seats between workspaces, or want consolidated billing and support.

The Agency Plan is a single subscription tied to your Aimfox account, not to any individual workspace.

What’s included in the Agency Plan?

The Agency Plan is designed to support growing teams and agencies by combining flexibility, scalability, and hands-on support. In addition to bulk seat management, it includes several features focused on scalability.

Agency Plan pricing

Flexible, usage-based pricing means you only pay for the seats you need. Pricing is structured to support both small and large agencies, with the ability to scale up or down over time.

Current monthly pricing starts at:

  • Minimum of 20 seats

  • $499/month for the first 20 seats

  • $20/month for each additional seat

Managing Agency Seats across workspaces

Seat assignment is handled from your Agency Plan page, where you can quickly see all workspaces you own and their current seat allocation. Assigning a seat to a workspace changes it to an "Agency workspace".

From this page, you can:

  • Assign Agency Seats to workspaces

  • Unassign seats when they’re no longer needed

  • Move seats between workspaces as clients change

Please note:
Agency Seats cannot be unassigned from a workspace if a LinkedIn account is currently using that seat. You must first remove the seat from that LinkedIn account.

How the Agency Plan works with other Aimfox plans

Aimfox offers three different plans, each designed for a specific use case:

  • Outreach Seat - Use Aimfox with one LinkedIn account

  • Outreach Avatar - Rent LinkedIn profiles for outreach (seats automatically included)

  • Agency Plan - Manage Outreach Seats across workspaces

Since it’s possible to use more than one plan type at the same time, there are a few important rules to note in order to avoid conflicts or unexpected behavior.

Workspace subscription limits

The Agency Plan is flexible, but there are certain limitations around how Agency Seats interact with workspaces and other subscriptions.

Agency Plan vs Outreach Seat

Each workspace can only use one seat source at a time:

  • A workspace can either have Agency Seats assigned, or

  • Have an active Outreach Seat subscription

  • Assigning an Agency Seat to a workspace prevents an Outreach Seat subscription from being active on that workspace

  • Subscribing to LinkedIn Outreach on a workspace will prevent it from being eligible for Agency Seat assignment

Agency Plan and Outreach Avatar

Outreach Avatars operate completely independently from the Agency Plan

  • Avatars are billed separately

  • Each Avatar includes its own Outreach Seat

  • Avatars can be used on workspaces even if Agency Seats are assigned

  • Agency Seats cannot be used for Avatars

  • Avatar subscriptions must be managed separately from the Agency Plan

Managing your Agency Plan subscription

All Agency Plan subscription changes can be handled directly from your dashboard. This allows you to adjust your seat count as your business grows or contracts.

To manage your subscription:

  1. Go to Settings → Agency Plan

  2. Click "Manage subscription"

  3. Change your number of seats and confirm

    1. Seat upgrades take effect immediately

    2. Seat downgrades are scheduled for your next billing date
