Aimfox campaigns work based on a strict schedule, defined by the user when creating the campaign.

All campaign communication, including Connection Notes, Messages, and InMails will be delivered only during the campaign’s working hours or Schedule.

Schedules are set on a per-campaign basis, and every campaign can have a different schedule.

You can choose any Timezone with any configuration of days and hours, and include up to two working slots in a single day.

Timezone Optimization

Users can select a specific timezone, such as "Pacific Daylight Time," or dynamically adjust the sending times to fit each recipient.

Choosing a specific timezone is self-explanatory. The campaign will only work according to the chosen timezone and schedule.

However, the feature really levels up if you use “Target’s Timezone”.

Selecting “Target’s Timezone” will allow Aimfox to automatically detect the timezone of each recipient, and only work in to their timezone, based on the configured schedule.

Example:

Let’s say you created a campaign targeting the European market for Hotel Owners. If the campaign is set to work from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with timezone optimization ON, it will only contact users when it’s between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. their time.

So, it would contact someone from France between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. CEST (GMT+2) and someone from Greece between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. EEST (GMT+3).

This ensures that all recipients receive communication in a predictable manner and allows you to fine-tune your campaigns for maximum engagement and open rates.
