The Avatar is on your workspace within 3 days.
Setup Timeframe
The setup for the Outreach Avatar generally takes about three business days from the receipt of the customization form.
Please note that timelines may vary based on order volume or other factors impacting the setup queue.
Please note, the name, profile picture and location of the avatars cannot be changed.
Billing Adjustments for Delays
If your avatar setup takes longer than the standard processing time due to high demand or other delays, Aimfox adjusts the billing date accordingly. This adjustment ensures that you are compensated for any lost time during which the avatar was not operational. This systematic approach allows for flexibility in case of unexpected delays, making the service as customer-oriented as possible.

When creating an account, each user gets a 7 days free trial period to test out the platform. Adding a credit card is not required at this step. After your free trial passes the subscription needs to be activated to continue using the workspace. Choosing between the three plans and adding a credit card activates your subscription with no information or progress lost.
