White label client permissions

An in depth look at Agency client permissions in the Aimfox white label

Written by Bozidar Nikolic

Overview

Agency owners can invite clients to their white-label workspace and control exactly which parts of the platform each client can access. Permissions are assigned during the invitation process and can be updated at any time, allowing you to tailor access based on each client's needs.

Each permission can be configured independently, giving you full control over what a client can view and manage.

Assigning Permissions When Inviting a Client

When inviting a new client to your workspace, you'll be prompted to configure permissions before sending the invitation.

For each available page, you can assign one of the following permission levels:

  • No access – The client cannot view or access the page.

  • Limited access – The client can view the page but cannot make changes.

  • Full access – The client can fully manage the page and its contents.

Permissions can be configured independently for the following areas:

  • Campaigns

  • Leads

  • Inbox

  • Accounts

  • Templates

Once you've configured the desired permission levels, click Invite to send the invitation.

Updating Client Permissions

Client permissions can be updated at any time after the client has joined the workspace.

To update a client's permissions:

  1. Open the Clients page.

  2. Click the menu next to the client.

  3. Select Update permissions.

  4. Adjust the permission level for any page.

  5. Close the dialog once you've finished.

All permission changes take effect immediately. Clients do not need to log out and back in for the updated permissions to apply.

What Agency Clients Can Access

Agency clients can be granted access to everything they need to manage LinkedIn outreach within their assigned workspace. Depending on the permissions you assign, they can access:

  • Campaigns

  • Leads

  • Inbox

  • Accounts

  • Templates

Each of these pages can be configured with No access, Limited access, or Full access, allowing agency owners to grant only the level of access required.

What Agency Clients Cannot Access

Regardless of the permissions assigned, agency clients cannot access agency-level administration or workspace management features. These include:

  • Billing and subscription management

  • Agency Plan settings

  • API Keys

  • Webhooks

  • Integrations

  • White Label configuration

  • Workspace members and clients management

  • Other agency workspaces or clients

These restrictions help protect your agency infrastructure while allowing clients to independently manage their own LinkedIn outreach within the permissions you've assigned.
