Overview
The Aimfox × PlusVibe integration connects your LinkedIn outreach in Aimfox with your email campaigns in PlusVibe.
With this two-way integration, you can:
PlusVibe → Aimfox: add the leads from a PlusVibe campaign to a Lead list as a Source, so you can follow up on LinkedIn with leads you're already emailing.
Aimfox → PlusVibe: export your Aimfox leads into a PlusVibe campaign, so you can follow up by email with leads you've reached on LinkedIn.
Setup takes about 5 minutes.
You need a PlusVibe Business plan to use this integration. PlusVibe only gives API access on that plan, and Aimfox connects through the API.
How to connect your Aimfox workspace to PlusVibe
In PlusVibe, go to Settings → API Access (app.plusvibe.ai/v2/settings/api-access) and copy your API key.
In Aimfox, navigate to the Integrations tab in your workspace settings.
Find the PlusVibe integration and click Connect.
Paste your PlusVibe API key.
Choose the PlusVibe workspace you want to use.
One PlusVibe API key gives access to every workspace in your PlusVibe account, which is why you pick one here. If your account has only one workspace, it's selected for you.
Click Connect.
Each Aimfox workspace can be connected to one PlusVibe workspace at a time. To switch to a different PlusVibe workspace or account, remove the integration and connect again.
How to add PlusVibe leads to a Lead list
Go to the Lead lists page and open the list you want to add leads to, or create a new one.
Add a new Source and choose Connected CRM.
Select PlusVibe as the platform.
Choose the PlusVibe campaign whose leads you want to add.
Aimfox adds the leads that have a LinkedIn URL to your list.
You can also create a new list while setting up a campaign, and add the PlusVibe Source from there.
Every campaign running on the list picks up the new leads automatically, subject to its exclusion filters. If a PlusVibe lead is already in the list from another Source, Aimfox combines them into one lead. For how deduplication and the rest of your list work, read How to use Lead lists in Aimfox.
Aimfox reads each lead's LinkedIn URL from PlusVibe's LinkedIn Person URL field. Make sure it's filled in for your leads in PlusVibe before you add the Source. Leads without it are skipped.
You can add up to 10,000 leads from one PlusVibe campaign.
How to export Aimfox leads to PlusVibe
Go to the Contacts / Leads page and filter the leads you want to export, for example by campaign, label, location, company or interest.
Click Export and select PlusVibe.
Choose the PlusVibe campaign you want to add the leads to, and confirm.
Each exported lead includes their email, first name, last name, company name and LinkedIn URL. The LinkedIn URL goes into PlusVibe's LinkedIn Person URL field.
When the export finishes, Aimfox shows a summary of how many leads were sent, how many PlusVibe added, and why the rest were skipped.
There are a few things to note:

How to remove the integration
Navigate to the Integrations tab in your Aimfox workspace settings.
Find the PlusVibe integration and open its settings.
Click Remove PlusVibe.
You can connect again at any time with the same or a different API key.

Which PlusVibe plan do I need?
The Business plan. PlusVibe only gives API keys on that plan.
I have several PlusVibe workspaces. Can I use more than one?
Each Aimfox workspace connects to one PlusVibe workspace at a time. To use a different one, disconnect PlusVibe and connect again with the workspace you want.
What happens if a lead doesn't have a LinkedIn URL in PlusVibe?
It's skipped when you add a PlusVibe Source to a Lead list. When you export from Aimfox, the LinkedIn URL is always included.
Can I use the same PlusVibe campaign for both import and export?
Yes. You can export Aimfox leads into a PlusVibe campaign and also use that campaign as a Source in a Lead list.
Why didn't all of my leads end up in PlusVibe?
Check the export summary. It shows how many leads were skipped for a missing or unsupported email, a duplicate email, or because they were already in the campaign.
My API key stopped working. What should I do?
Make sure your PlusVibe account is still on the Business plan and the key hasn't been regenerated. Then disconnect PlusVibe in Aimfox and connect again with your current key.
